We started because we kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant small companies struggling with hiring. Not because they lacked opportunities or budgets, but because traditional recruitment wasn't built for them.
Big agencies would take their fees and send generic candidates. Internal hiring meant the founder spent weeks reviewing CVs instead of running the business. Something had to change.
So we created a service that actually understands what it's like to hire when every person counts. When you can't afford to get it wrong. When cultural fit isn't a buzzword but a genuine necessity.
